LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
KPIMEDSPA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to confirm delivery address entered for an order. KPIMEDSPA is not responsible if customer submits order with incorrect shipping address. Upon request, KPIMEDSPA will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
